Assaf Lowengart has been selected to compete for Team Israel in The World Baseball Classic.
This won't be his first time representing team Israel, as he played in the 2021 European Championships and the 2022 Olympics in Beijing. Assaf was an offensive leader of the 2022 Doubledays and is currently at the College of William and Mary.
